Our Philosophy

our school

A Million Ways Adaptive Martial Arts believes that progress, large or small, is VICTORY. You are one in a million, and we have a million ways to help you learn martial arts and self-defense. Our goal is to advance the independence and productivity of those we serve. Toward that end, our experienced staff are thrilled when students thrive. We welcome the opportunity to assist you whether your goal is to become a black belt, or improve your strength and focus.

A Million Ways offers patient, progressive development through adapted training for people with inherited or acquired physical or brain injury. Our integrative social/physical skill approach to teaching helps strengthen muscles, and builds confidence, balance, posture, self-control, coordination, eye contact and social skills. We are happy to work within medical recommendations for your training regimen, or with your occupational and/or physical therapists. We specialize in assisting people with musculo-skeletal injury, and students on the Autism Spectrum, Asperger Syndrome, ADD/ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Distrophy, and Down Syndrome.

A Million Ways Adaptive Martial Arts consults with top mental health, special education, physical education, and business professionals to provide the highest quality instruction to people with special needs. If you a visionary professional who shares our dream for people with special needs, please complete and return the attached questionnaire. We’ll follow up with you at our earliest opportunity.
